The Book Theater, founded in Vilnius in 2012, encourages reading literature and new forms of theater. Small forms reading performances are staged, literary readings and actions are implemented at the Book Theater. The theater spreads culture in the regions, choosing manors, monasteries, other authentic spaces that reflect the spirit of the chosen literature, cultural period and accentuate the atmosphere of the performance. The compact composition of the actors and the minimal technical means help to ensure that the performances are performed in the regions as well as in premises not specially adapted to the theater.

„Knygos teatras“, įkurtas 2012 m. Vilniuje, skatina literatūros skaitymą ir naujas teatro fomas. „Knygos teatre“ statomi mažųjų formų (skaitoviniai) spektakliai, vykdomi literatūriniai skaitymai, akcijos. Teatras vykdo kultūros sklaidą regionuose, vaidinimui rinkdamasis dvarus, vienuolynų ansamblius, kitas autentiškas erdves, kurios atspindi pasirinktos literatūros laikmečio dvasią, paryškina spektaklių atmosferą. Kompaktiška aktorių sudėtis, minimalios techninės priemonės padeda pasiekti, kad spektakliai būtų vaidinami ir regionuose bei teatrui specialiai nepritaikytose patalpose.
